Carrot Cake never goes out of style.  This moist sponge wears the marks of my time in the south.  I use pecans instead of walnuts which gives the cake a smoother, more buttery flavor without any bitterness.  It's all wrapped up in an eye-rollingly delicious cream cheese whipped icing.


As shown, this cake will serve up to 20 folks (wedding slivers) but would suggest more commonly between 12 and 18 people.  It is available in both larger and smaller sizes and fewer layers to suit your needs.
